Thank you for your order, we sincerely appreciate your business. Bumpa-Bar Lures are Australian Made & Owned to maintain the quality of our products.

Back Orders Policy: If unable to complete your order due to a stock shortage, you will be contacted asap to make alternative arrangements.

Freight & Delivery Australia: Freight charges will be quoted and added to the order. Bumpa-Bar Lures reserves the right to select the freight carrier most appropriate to the delivery zone (additional charges may apply for special requests). Allow standard Australia Post parcel delivery time from Sydney to the customer area. Delivery time will vary subject to location, order size and selected method of transport. Note: In rural and regional areas of Australia, delivery to final destinations may take several business days (Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays).

Freight & Delivery International: Freight charges are calculated subject to the method of transport (air or sea), destination, type of goods, weight and/or cubic size of the parcel(s). Export orders require special attention. Bumpa-Bar Lures always aims to meet the customer requirements for delivery. Freight charges will be quoted and added to the order. Please note customs clearance, taxes and/or any duty incurred upon arrival is the customer responsibility. An order will leave our office within two weeks of receiving payment in full. Please allow a further two to three weeks for delivery. If insurance and a tracking number are required for an order, please Contact Us for the price. Due to customs regulations we cannot ship to some countries. Any difficulties entering your address for an order please Contact Us.

Freight & Delivery Policy: Additional freight charges are not included in list pricing. Freight charges are calculated subject to the method of transport, destination, type of goods, weight and/or cubic size of an order. Freight charge will be added to a customer order. Prior to doing so the customer will be advised of the applicable charge. Sending goods in a timely manner is always the priority. Orders are prioritised according to the time & date.

Payment Options: Payment in full is required prior to dispatch of order/s.

  • Direct Deposit: account details provided on confirmation of order.
  • Cheque or Money Order: Payable to Bumpa-Bar Tackle Pty Ltd (mail to: PO Box 269, Caringbah NSW 1495).
  • PayPal: accepts credit cards ( you do not need an account with PayPal in order to use this method of payment).

Policy: All prices are listed in Australian Dollars + 10% GST added to the Total Amount. Bumpa-Bar Lures reserves the right to change pricing without notice subject to material market fluctuations.

Returns Policy: If an order parcel does not arrive within the expected time frame, please call during office hours so we can track the customer delivery. If damaged, faulty or incorrect products, are received we are happy to replace the goods. Please choose items carefully as we do not refund or replace products for incorrect orders being placed by customers. Always check the contents of the delivery against the invoice provided. The customer must notify Bumpa-Bar Lures in writing within 14 days of receipt of goods with any defects, non-conformance to specification or errors in the processing of the customer order leading to a request for goods exchange or goods return. Notification by the customer can be done via phone or email. Authorisation to return goods must be obtained prior to the return of any goods to Bumpa-Bar Lures. Exchange, return and/or refund of goods is at the discretion of Bumpa-Bar Lures and will be assessed on:

  • Goods conformance to Bumpa-Bar Lures specification,
  • Written order confirmation / purchase order by the customer,
  • Processing error by Bumpa-Bar Lures, or
  • Goods damaged whilst in transit to the customer.
The customer will be advised if she/he has an eligible claim for return. If not, no further claim will be accepted. If so, she/he will be advised if the goods are required to be returned to Bumpa-Bar Lures. Upon receipt of notification the customer will be issued a ‘returns reference number’ by Bumpa-Bar Lures as confirmation. Goods deemed suitable for return must be accompanied by a completed ‘product return form’. Goods returned without a completed ‘product return form’ will not be processed until a completed form is received.
Unpaid goods: Please note, unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled after 7 business days.
